Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at dpo@complir.ai.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
